Know the plants that you want to sow. They need to be so far apart. Amend your soil first to ensure that you will develop good roots and healthy plants. Put a couple of seeds close together and when they have sprouted for a while, leave the healthier one and pull the others. Each seed may have different requirements for how deep to plant them, so pay attention to what the packet says, or if you are planting seeds you were given or you saved, look up the plant propagation to find out that information. Water them well, but gently and keep them moist so that they can split and start growing. Don't fertilize right away, let them use the nutrients in the soil for a while so that you don't burn the tender young roots and stems, then use a good fertilizer as directed. If they are vegetables, do not use the foliar feeding, only the roots or you will not get much produce. I hope this helps you! Have a great Holiday season!Helpful Reply -
