Hello Cin, I believe these are a wild Green lily (Cuckoo Pint), much like Arum lily. The green balls are seeds and will eventually turn orange. Not to be eaten! they are found in woodlands and are very attractive.........Helpful ReplyCJ on Jun 27, 2018
