What supplements to help an old rosebush

My 85 yr old father transplanted a Floribunda rose and broke the main trunk into several parts. I have managed to keep it living, but it is not doing well. The rose is over 60 years old, and was huge. Are there any kind of foods or supplements I can give it to help it thrive again?

You can give the bush some rose fertilizer,however feeding is done at certain times. What is your location? -

Roses love Epson salt. -

1/4 tsp Epson salts in 4 cups of warm water into sprayer.Spray every 10 days -

I would amend the soil with well composted horse manure. -

My mom swore by working Epson Salts in to the soil in early spring. About 1/2 cup per plant.
