Chances are they are too wet and not getting enough sun. Try placing them outside during the day for more sun.Helpful Reply -

you might be watering too much. Lavender likes to dry out completely between waterings. they also like full sun and good draining soil, you can add sand to the soil.Helpful Reply -

Sally I believe your roots are being waterlogged you might need to replant and put pebbles in bottom of container for extra drainageHelpful Reply -
