Sounds like you need to change the grade of the land to drain effectively. A bobcat could probably do the work in a short period of time. A knowledgeable dozer man or woman can handle this for you. Also, a French drain can be installed to help the water drain.Helpful Reply -

Regrade the yard, fill in the low spots by trucking in soil, and / or install a drain system, typically a french drain.Helpful Reply -

People around us dig French drains. They are a way to naturally divert the water and to do so in a pretty way. Typically plants are planted along the drain.Helpful Reply -

Be aware that it is illegal in most places to redirect water from one person's land (yard) to another. Resolve the issue where the water is starting, not where it is ending.Helpful Reply -
