How do you cut a tire for plants my Grandmother had them for plants

Why do you want to cut them? Can't you just fill them with soil? -

My husband said to use a small electric saw. I went & asked him because he's done it before. -

DARLENE: It's for decorative reasons. They can be painted to look like large flowers for one. But some people want to cut them in half and . use the inner portion to plant in. Again, they paint them.
