Maybe get an old mattress with no padding, just springs, several cinder blocks n attach to back of riding lawn mower or fourwheeler if u have 1!!?Helpful Reply -

in place of mattress springs, you can use an old pallet to drag area smooth. Hire a young man, whose yard you admire, to level it for you. Lots of folks are pleased to help others! ;)Helpful Reply -

p.s. Might try a lawn roller (barrel-like roller is filled with heavy material/water and then rolled across land to get rid of worm mounds, etc.Helpful Reply -

If the land is not levelled correctly, it will effect the drainage in your yard. To ensure that you do not have problems later on with water draining towards your house, it would be best to have a professional landscaping company do the job. They have the robust equipment to do it quickly and thoroughly.Helpful Reply -

Hire this portion out. Grading of the yard is crucial to the stability of your home and any other structures on the property. Flipturn is absolutely correct. This is nothing to fool around with. Here in CA landscape guys are a dime a dozen, you can get good work done for a fair price. If you need help, I am just over the grapevine from you, I can help you select someone qualified - there are a lot of scammers out there and I would hate to see you get ripped off by some unscrupulous person.
