I plant grass seed ,it's now 10' when can I cut it?

You mean 10 inches? Should have been cut already. In summer set the blade height to the highest setting, grass should be between 2 to 3 inches tall after cutting.Helpful Reply -

ten feet or ten inches...cut it back to 3 or 4 inches.Helpful Reply -
