Dura Supreme Kitchen With a Contemporary Flair
The homeowners of this kitchen in West Chester, PA, worked with Pine Street Carpenters and The Kitchen Studio to transform their dated builder's grade kitchen into one that provided plenty of space for storage and cook prep, while giving it the contemporary flair they desired.
A cluttered command center in the existing kitchen and a separate bar nook were demoed to create an open space that naturally flows as part of the new layout - providing additional counter and cabinet space as well.
Here is a before of the project.
A comprehensive lighting plan - including high hats, island pendants, as well as in-cabinet and under-cabinet lights - provide amble lighting options for large or intimate gatherings alike.
Another before- definitely a big improvement.
Fire Pendant lighting over the island by Tech Lighting.
A Dekor Glass Arietta hood over a Bosch oven and range.
Dura Supreme Cabinets in cocoa brown with a craftsman panel door style are topped with Bellingham quartz counters by Cambria.
Glass mosaic tile backsplash from Soho Studio (Gem Pearl Reef mini-brick tile).
Glass doors provide contrast throughout the kitchen, as does the glass mosaic tile backsplash from Soho Studio (Gem Pearl Reef mini-brick tile).
Cabinet hardware: Liberty Fusilli II pull in satin nickel.
Moen Arbor with Motion Sense faucet and a Blanco Cascade sink in Anthracite.
