There is no such thing as an easy make over for kitchens. New paint will freshen up the place, new table cloth/ table runner may help. If you want to gut-the kitchen, it gets more expensive. I sat down with a certified kitchen planner, took pics if the exhisting kitchen With me. Didn’t need to move plumbing or walls, that saved a lot of money. -

Switch out your cabinet handles, change an overhead/hanging light fixture, paint, new window dressings, wall art, etc. -

Do you mean that your cabinets are Thermofoil, such as sold at Ikea?
