Yes, you can use Chalk Paint and then either clear or antique Wax over the top. Or for a more robust finish, use ESP (Easy surface Preparation) Then Undercoat, then Topcoat of Satin finish or you could use Gloss Paint.
Yes, you can use chalk paint. After painting one coat, lightly send and add another layer of paint. Finish with clear wax to secure the paint.
