Fan Redo with Fabric

Well I finally did that ugly fan in my daughters room that now is mine since she's married and moved away :-( so I decided to make it my office/craft room.
So I started with the fan and worked my way up to a complete room :-) color scheme yellow,white and grey with yellow and gray accents.

My finish project!
Spray painted the nice side of the fan blade from a brown color to a grey metallic color.
The other ugly side of the fan blade.
Fabric I picked to lay on the ugly side.
I brushed on a layer of Mod Podge on fan blade a good amount will do.
Lay the fabric down and brushed on another layer of mod podge on top of the fabric let dry overnight the next day I sprayed two coats of mod podge sealer on it.

This is fabulous!!! I've been looking at our ugly kitchen fan/light for 11 years. This idea is awesome and I think I might do matching fabric on the blades to go w/ the wallpaper....maybe even use wallpaper w/ some of your techniques!! Whoopie!!!!!! Thank you!!!!
