Glass Coffee Table Update

With a slim-to-none budget to update our rental, and a room full of IKEA furniture, we've been working on small updates to transform the space, like this simple glass coffee table makeover, where the only thing we needed was a $2 roll of wrapping paper!
We started out with this large dark glass covered IKEA coffee table that has drawers for storage (the big bonus of the piece) but it was old and had seen better days.
We removed the glass and added a piece of patterned wrapping paper that mimicked old wood, carefully put the glass top back on, and we were done!
For $2 we updated the huge dark coffee table, making the room feel lighter and brighter in about 5 minutes. Plus, should there be any spills that reach and ruin the paper, we have a whole roll left to replace it!
