Hi Kia, is there a way you can move the wine cooler into a corner to an edge? Then you can have the coffee maker off to the side and still have counter space for working on veggies, and recipes.
How about something like the attached picture?
Kia: maybe putting the wine cooler in a corner of the dining area would work well.
I would make a coffee bar sort of set up and put both appliances in that area.

I don't like everything on my counters, so I setup a cart with baskets next to my peninsula. It holds my coffee maker, coffee supp!ies, cups, etc. Makes it easy for everyone to help themselves. I would locate the cooler in a side tab!e nearby.
Where you put either appliance - the coffee maker or the wine cooler, will be limited to the electrical outlet nearest to the max length of the cord. Using extension cords to plug in small appliances in a kitchen is not recommended as it is generally unsafe.
Kia, it's really hard to help you without seeing the counter layout of your whole kitchen...not with this small photo. Please post more :)
Hi Kia, I found two more ideas that may help you, see the attached pictures, you could set the cooler on top of them
Thanks everyone for some great ideas, really appreciate it. Will find a different location for wine cooler. Really like the wine cabinet below, however my dishwasher is there. Thanks again Kia
