i would cover The space with diy barn doors...you would have to build a frame to support the hardware, but I think that would look more planned than a curtain to coverHelpful Reply -

I would also lean towards organic storage solutions like baskets or wood boxes to give that area a more decorative look.Helpful Reply -

Another thought. Galvanized cans and baskets would be cool. I use galvanized storage all over our tiny travel trailer. Looks great without extra weight and you can find it affordably in big box stores and farm supply stores. It also would look great for some of your countertop storage.Helpful Reply -

There are countless ideas here for storage. You could pull it all together with galvanized and some black chalkboard painted pieces or labeling.https://www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?rs=ac&len=2&q=galvanized%20decor&eq=galva&etslf=NaN&term_meta[]=galvanized%7Cautocomplete%7Cundefined&term_meta[]=decor%7Cautocomplete%7CundefinedHelpful Reply -

Since you probably need them where they are, pretty the bins up with contact paper or paint them cheerful colors to coordinate with your decor.Helpful Reply -

I would use the skirting that go around tables like, when there are weddings tables, it is fasten on the front side of your countertop. It is light weight, you can get it in different colors, it will be easy to apply ( you just peal off the back and apply), easy to change out. You can also wipe it off if it get dirty. It is very inexpensive to buy. You can get at anywhere that sells party supplies, Sometimes they well sell it a any dollar stores.I hope this well help you.Helpful Reply -

I keep mine in the garage. I keep a pretty basket for recycles in the kitchen, then transfer items to the garage.Helpful Reply -

I'm not sure how truly useful this idea is, but you could also use a divider you can make your own choosing shutters or planks of wood but you can also purchase them.Helpful Reply -
