From Medical Pamphlets to Colorful Markers... Roadside Find Facelift

by Carolyn McAfee
(IC: blogger)
I found this pamphlet holder on the side of the road and snatched it up.
I have given it new life as an art caddy/message center for my girl!
Love how it turned out.

I found 2 of these on the side of the road. I wasn't sure what I'd do with them, but grabbed them anyway.
I dismantled it, then started with spray paint. I decided it would be a great place to house markers and pencils, paper and paint for my daughter, who is a little artist.
We decided to put cork along the bottom, and covered 3 pieces with these cute fabrics.
We adhered them with liquid nails.
This little section was easy, just put some paper under the plastic for a dry erase area.
Here are all of her pretty colors all put away.
Here is the section for papers and paints.
It turned out sooo cute! Come visit my blog for more details.
