My 12yr old front deck has weak boards after I replace the weak boards, is there a wood treatment I can use on the entire deck to prevent anymore weak boards in the future?

Not really. Weak boards are boards that are rotting out, usually from the middle and need to be replaced periodically.

Bummer, but thanks for the info. I wasn't aware it starts in the middle.

When you replace the boards, put on some waterproofing like Thompsons. You only need a thin coat, and you can also put it on the old wood. Let it dry completely before doing anything else to it, and be sure to waterproof the cut ends of the wood. But, alas, wood does wear out:\

Thomsons is a good brand to use!
