I wabt to make a nice street sign so people can see it day or night

If you need a sign for your street's name, I'd contact your city or town hall. They should make the sign for you.
You could create a stencil for your sign design then use (affiliate link) reflective pain t to make it.
Or, you could just used reflective stickers on a piece of metal or something.
Where do you live? Generally the local municipality is in charge of signage. I would contact them first before investing time and money into something that may not meet village/town/city regulations.
