Hi Tamika, The only way to restore your grass is with water. Although sand is often used to retain water, but like I said before, you still need water for the sand to work. Wishing you all the best. Happy New Year. -

It may not be too late if you start watering it now. Grass can live in the roots for a long time and come back. Give it a try. Do not feed it fertilizer until it is starting to get some green back again and go lightly at first. water, water, water (not in the heat of the day but night and evenings and early mornings -
