Not sure how to plan for a large backyard change

I would try to add features that work with the natural setting behind your yard. Perhaps a rockery featuring native plants to add some color and texture . I would not choose formal elements that would seem out of place against the lovely wooded backdrop. If you don't have a patio or deck, you could start with that - level off an area and fill with gravel and /or some flat pavers like in the attached picture. Start small and add a little each year, and best of luck. The turkeys are so cool!Helpful Reply- See 1 previous
