Do you want to plant something in that space? If so what is your light and zone? Maybe a removable trellis? How long is the run?

I'm assuming you want to pretty us the area. I would get pond stones, they are different sizes and different colors and you can purchase 40 lb bags of them at your home improvement store. Then I would put some succulents in them that work well in your area and zone.

what were you looking to do? how much of the 2 feet actually belongs to you and how much is the neighbors?

in that area there may be lot line issues .....talk with the neighbor are they okay with that area being planted,? personally,, i would gravel/rock it. those 2 feet of grass would not be so much fun to mow.

Exactly,I assumed it was to put a border so your car door wouldn't get hit every time they got into car. Because I would up trellises along the driveway to make my point. I wouldn't want vines or anything, just a barrier. If it continues to happen then take pictures and try to get them to show them hitting your trellis and car. Then civil court. Sometimes you just have to take it that far. It's unfortunate but if you speak or have brought it to their attention and they still continue then they leave you with no other option.
