Redoing an Old Bird House
I found this bird house in my greenhouse. Turns out I have 8 birdhouses so I have started on a new project. This is how the first one is coming along. I hope to add them to the garden and place them in areas that are hard to garden or just need a pop of colour.
Okay this is the most boring bird house I have ever seen.
I love purple so I started by applying a coat to the front and back of bird house.
I added the flower petals for a touch of whimsy and painted them orange. I decided the pale yellow trim wasn't right so I redid the tum with a brighter yellow.
Okay my writing isn't quite centered but it doesn't really matter. I clear coated the bird house this morning. Now to mount it somehow. Most likely on a post.
