How do I install a new video doorbell?
Trying to install video doorbell. Cannot find the transformer for the original doorbell. The new one needs more electricity. Thoughts?

Some times they are mounted to the side of the hydro panel. Can you find where the wires that are on the "bell/buzzer/sound device" run down to basement and follow them. Without being able to find/see any of the wiring you may have to find someone with a signal injector and tracer to locate.
Thanks, but these are things we've already tried. Guess we will have to hire an electrician to trace the wires through the walls.
