You have seen lots of fun gardening projects the last few weeks as the wheather warms up and the sun stays out longer. But with that it also means we have had some unwelcome intruders visit our garden as of late- earwigs!!! These little devils are munching on what was gorgeous kale, artichokes and lettuce. Sad day!! It's time to put a stop to this- but organically. This little trap worked so well and is so easy!!

First cut three half circles around the sides of the container about 3 inches up the side. You want to make sure the holes are not too low because then the liquid will pour out.
Next add 1/4 cup soy sauce and 3/4 cup vegetable oil.
Place out in soil and make sure the soil it right up to the holes, making for the perfect entry for the earwigs. Leave for a few days and before you know it...
Ewww but yay all at the same time!!
Enjoyed the project?
