you have to be persistent. One spray won't do it. You can use synthetic products like Weed Beater Ultra or Weed B Gon max or you can use non-selective organic sprays like Burn Out II.

Walter, can weed beater or weed b gone be used on the lawn without killing the lawn?

I had to look up creeping charlie.  He looks as bad as Florida dollar weeds.

Sherrie, Weed Beater Ultra is a broadleaf herbicide, so it should be safe on most lawns, but check the label to be sure, especially if you have St. Augustine.

call a pro.  In most cases their chemicals are much more effective than anything you are going to buy otc, and with the cost of chemicals nowadays, it probably won't cost you much more.  Most companies have deals on first applications and you don't have to committ to any contract.

well, to be honest, i got the weed be gone max and haven't had ttime to use it yet, but then we just got a snow storm, so I guess I'll have to wait to see if it works or not..maybe i'll get lucky and the snow will freeze it off

I've tried just about everything...it is a beast to erradicate. I've found a solution of Borax to spray..however, the borax is not dissolving in the warm water. It clogs up the sprayer.
