Kill them with vinegar. I would spring for the agricultural vinegar in this case. May take several applications and needs to be reapplied after any rain. Just know you will not be able to replant in those spots for a bit, and when you do, it will need to be amended before you plant anything.Helpful Reply -

When suckers appear, use heavy gloves and twist suckers off at the root they're growing from. Be vigilant, and don't let them get too big. They are much easier to remove when small, and thorns are small, too.Helpful Reply -

Get a green bottle of poisin ivy spray at store. This stuff will kill anything you want gone. I use it on that ugly vine that grows crazy.Helpful Reply -
