How do I get rid of bees or hornets, they fly under my garden shed?

I have screening between the floor and foundation. Can not see if they have a hive. So spraying does no good since they still keep flying through the holes in screen. How do I safely get rid of hornets and bees?

You have 3 options:1. Call a beekeeper if its bees, he can set up a hive to relocate them.2. Call an exterminator if its wasps or hornets.3. You can attempt to DIY. SEVIN DUST. There is also SEVIN spray. I prefer the dust because I can see where it lands. I have used the dust on the perimeter of all building including the barns. It also discouraged ticks and fleas. it is used as a vegetable dust so it is not very strong. It just make things with more than 4 legs go away....I open the bag, grab a handful (you can use plastic gloves) and toss it where you want it. I have even thrown it up to hornets nests and walked away quickly..............lol -
