Hi Ron, I know you said you've tried a spray block...but have your tried Nature's Miracle? It worked for us when nothing else would.
I hope this information can help you Ron. Sounds like the cats are marking their territory and you might need to retrain them. If they are male cats they should be neutered as that will help. It's an awful problem to have because it's not easy to fix.

Most of the time it is male cats that aren't neutered that spray but not always my mom had a female cat that was spade and she still sprayed. I put water in a spray bottle and kept that in the front room. That should help get the message across but in the mean time try a product called Pet Zyme. The enzymes in this actually break down the cat mess. So clean it up and then use the water spray bottle to get your point across.
Good luck cats can be little turds sometimes but we still love 'em.

When I had a cat and he sprayed and got on my counters I got a spray bottle put water in it and every time he got on the counter or scratched the furniture I would spray him. Cats don't like water and it only takes a couple times and they will stop. Keep the bottle handy and if they try again just pick the bottle up and they will stop.
Hi Ron, sorry you are dealing with cat pee. Are your cats spayed or neutered? If not run and get them done, makes a big difference. Try putting aluminum foil on the chair, cats do not like it. Good luck.
Cat will return to an area where they've previously urinated. You need to use a pet enzyme cleaner to remove the odor. Then follow up with an oil they don't like, most use cedar oil to prevent marking.
Next is to figure out why they are urinated outside their box. Is the chair near a window where they see a cat outside, so they are marking their territory.
Does the cat have a medical problem such as crystals of uric acid forming causing paint and going outside their box.
If they are declawed, is the little box painful? try switching to soft pine litter.
I used the spritz bottle method. My female cat was trying to pee in the dirt of my potted plants. I filled a spritz bottle with water and put a few drops of lemon juice in it. Every time she went near the plants I spritzed her. She really did not like it. And she was unhappy with the lemon too. It took a full week but she finally stopped. That was around a year ago and she still shows no interest. yay.
You need to clean them realy well to get the Oder off or they will keep going on the chairs
