Hey Faye! I know, right! I didn't even know that this was a thing with grape vines. Buy a jug of concentrated 'Neem Oil' and a sprayer (You can use a spray bottle too). It's organic, it's a Fungicide, Insecticide, Miticide and it will protect the grapes and vines from all bugs. I live in Japan and neem oil is pricey, but worth every penny...in my case yen.
