How do you get rid of Queen palm tree stumps?
Janet Pizaro on Jun 05, 2017Make a container and just place on top of it.Helpful Reply
Debbie on Jun 05, 2017It appears to be in an area where you would not be concerned about the method used would also make it difficult for something else to grow in its place so I will suggest salt. I have also used it as a weed n grass killer but only in areas where you don't want something else to grow ( such as patios, driveways, etc.)Helpful Reply
Michelle Leslie on Jun 05, 2017It would make such a beautiful feature and there are quite a few plants that would love feeding off the left over stump. They normally rot from the inside out and they provide loads of nutrients while they're rotting. If it's a shady area you can add ferns or hostas and a creeper will thrive if it's in a sunny area. We planted a clematis in one of ours and she loves it. Just hollow the inside of the stump out a little to fit the plant and fill with compost and some soil.Helpful Reply
