Clear backing stickers! Can sometimes find these at the dollar store. Hand stain glass by suction hooks. -

removable decals....usually clear with a colorful picture. You can usually find different ones at the dollar store especially in the seasonal aisle. -

You can buy Mylar stickers online in different shapes that reflect the light and keep birds from flying into the windows. I've used it on sliding glass doors and windows, large and small. -

Put window clings on the inside of the window, or hang crystals from the curtain rods
