How can I cover the cable and phone housing in my front yard?

I have 2 significantly large ugly round housings in my front yard and I've been trying desperately for 12 years to come up with a cost effective way of hiding/covering them up. I'm on a right budget as I'm unemployed and have terminal cancer...any suggestion would be amazing!
join NextDoor and post for assistance. It will be heartwarming to discover how many of your neighbors will be there for you to solve your problem with supplies and manpower. In our area...there is always an outpouring of support from people who want to help.
One idea suggestion might be a 3 sided lattice box, painted in a landscape color, or with an artificial ivy laced through the openings.

How about on of those corner fence sections with two sides. The utility company may need to get to them sometime so nothing completely covering the housings would work. You could place the open section to the back where that large bush would cover the view.
You are lucky in one respect - I live in an old neighborhood and we have a large power pole near our yard complete with supporting cable. No covering that thing up.
How about putting FAKE BOULDERS over them. they're made of light weight material.
I actually looked into that and those fake boulders are crazy expensive...even more than real ones!!
Can you paint them?
