Is there an easy way to cover the foundation of my house?

Three sides of the base of my house are covered with real river rock. I would like to cover the fourth side but it is impossible to hire a mason in this area for what they consider a small job. The previous owner left lots of river rock behind to complete the job. Is there an easy way to do this?
