Use a concrete paint and thick nap roller. At least a 1/2" nap. A 4" paint brush for hard to reach areas.Helpful Reply -

You can buy paint made specifically for floors. If you don’t use this type of paint it will come off quickly. To apply the paint use a paint roller (with a pole attached so you don’t have to bend over). Then use a roller with a thick knap (1/2”) so it will fill in the small voids.Helpful Reply -
