Creating a Lovely Area to Relax in - #Novfabflippincontest
I decided to create a lovely area for myself to relax in using an old chair I already had and custom building a book case using some marine ply. The fabric was so lovely to work with and I ended up using it also on the bookshelf itself!
The chair was old and really needed a lot of love to look nice again
I sanded it down and removed all the old fabric. Then primed, repainted and reupholstered
This is the lovely chair and footstool after the makeover!
I painted the bookcase the same matching colour and used leftover fabric to decoupage the backs of the shelves.
