From Broken Caned Chair to Grain Sack Beauty

I brought home a pair of antique caned chairs from an auction, but the caning was broken in both of them.

Rather than try to learn to replace the caning, I decided to give one of the chairs a new look with some grain sack style fabric and a No. 1 image that is a replica from an 1800's sewing pattern.
