Use your search engine for "discount vinyl material" and your zip code.

  • Check Joanns! I bought some there pretty recently. They send me a coupon almost everyday for 50% off one regular priced item. Go to their website and sign up for coupons. That'll emal them and text

Your question isn't clear. You want to cover vinyl chairs, then you say "having a hard time finding vinyl". Are you looking for vinyl paint ? Check Home Depot or Lowe's, paint department.

Now that Sirs Fabrics has burnt down, your best bet is to go to their store online. They sell Vinyl upholstery material for $8.99 and up. I am not sure what shipping will cost though.

JoAnnes is expensive but I bought a roll of vinyl off of their clearance rack a few years back for a reasonable price. You could try to do the same.
If you have a smart phone, you could type “upholstery fabric near me” into the search to see if you have an actual upholstery fabric shop near you.
If you are near water, you can check local marina’s to see if they carry Marine grade vinyl but it’s usually a couple bucks more.
As for the vinyl I bought-
It is the bright red with glittery sparkles in it and I have plenty left! In an even bigger coincidence, I am traveling to Tennessee and will be there for 6 weeks this summer! If you are interested, I will give you my email addy.
    😊
