How can we paint over wall paper to make it looking nice?

Behr used to make this really thick paint. You could paint over paneling and it looked like smooth Sheetrock when we were done. I think Home Depot ordered it for us.Helpful Reply -

Comment by Aparker203 is good, there is really not an easy solution, any moisture might loosen the paper from the wall, especially if it is old.Helpful Reply -
