How do you make "Glow in the dark" paint work on cement?
Shoshana on Jun 18, 2018It is highly recommended to prime with a white primer, such as Ultra Cover 2X White primer. The darker the object is, the less likely the object will glow in the dark.Helpful Reply
Rob31063000 on Jun 18, 2018I cleaned, I primed but still the paint did not work. I used several coates. Also, the cement planter is the color of cement and is not dark. I also used the white primer twice. Thank you for trying to assist me, even though, I had already done what you suggested.Helpful Reply
