What do you suggest to remove dark stain on concrete?

There's a big black stain on the concrete walkway leading up to my front porch. I believe it forms from water falling there from the balcony and excessive humidity. What may I use to clean it and remove the stain?

Oxalic acid. You can get it at the paint store. -

Bleach in water should kill the mold mildew from the wet. -

Sounds like mildew. Try A solution of bleach and water. Pour on, let sit a few minutes, scrub and then rinse.
