How do I choose the right paint for tiles?

I have a bathroom with outdated tiles and I can’t really afford to upgrade walls by tearing them down... but I would like to paint them, I have been told that the paint will peel off after it’s fry or after a while and that tiles can’t be painted. But I have seen it on Pinterest. Thank you, SaraProvidence, RI

Yes, they can be painted, and yes they will peel once scratched, and yes it will last awhile. Most people paint yo buy time until they can remodel.
Rustoleum or Homax tub and tile paint kits. Proper prep is the key. Kits are epoxy based and very smelly. Can last several years.
