Can I paint over a laminate?

Yes. First you need to use Liquid sandpaper and coat surface as directed on instructions. Then you can purchase a primer, enamel can of spray paint! Paint in a Well ventilated enviorment , use a mask and make sure to contain object in a place where you can control spray!one or two coats and Voila!Helpful Reply -

Clean the furniture with TSP. Then apply Kilz Adhesion Primer. Your furniture is then ready to accept your paint color of choice and sheen. BTW, this info came directly from the Behr Paint Company. Have fun!Helpful Reply -

You can paint ANYTHING with the right prep, primer, and paint :) Depending on the primer you may not even have to sand but either way you'll need to clean the wood of any grime first.Helpful Reply -
