How can I paint my window sills?

We had our kitchen redone and they tiled around the window sills and I need to paint them or do something because they are an eyesore.

Whether you mean the sills or the stools, the procedure is the same. Clean, sand, clean again, prime, paint. -

Hi Pattie, don't you love it when you spend all of that money to redo a room and the contractor leaves something undone? I would say, tape the tile off and paint it. If you can't fully tape the edge of the tile, my little trick is to use a small watercolor paint brush like you'd use if painting a picture near the edge and go slowly. :) I hope that helps. You'll need a sash brush (angled 2") and exterior paint is best since windows experience such diverse temperature changes. -

Paint them with a good base paint. research how to marblizebthem to look like marble. When dry, seal with a good acrylic sealer for shine and protection.
