Hank Wyllie on Jun 18, 2017Yes, it pays to roughen the surface first, and if you are using the excellent advice above it doesn't really matter what grade of sandpaper you use. But it's not an easy task so perhaps (depending on the area) hire a floor scrubber?Helpful Reply
