Eleanor, we had the same color scheme as you and we painted our entire kitchen red and we LOVE it. Same color cabinets, same color appliances, etc. Give it a try I bet you will love it too.Helpful Reply -

I would go with a backsplash that takes on some of the colors of your kitchen, white, brown, black, grey and just a little red, or use red as an accent color in your linens, some small appliances, cooking tools that are left out, knick knacks, etc.Helpful Reply- See 2 previous

Clean, prime, then use a deep dark blue or grey before you ever paint with reds. If you skip first steps you will have streaks and looks terrible in different light.Wish I'd known that sooner😉Helpful Reply -

I Love it! So your accent wall is white?!One of my friends said to me that if I painted one wall red, that it would look crappy! I told her she was crazy because she never wanted to take a risk with paint. I told her that paint can always be changed.Barbara, how does your family and friends feel about your red kitchen?what color is your backsplash?I see you live inBuckeye, AZ ...Hi Neighbor! 😘💕😄🤓Helpful Reply -
