I painted a cabinet with doors- now they won't close! Help!

Without a pic, it's hard to say...but, did you take the hardware off before painting? If not paint may have jammed the hinges.

When you paint a door the paint adds to the size of door. Only thing I can think of is to plane door and repaint. Hope it helps.

We just had the same problem with our bathroom we just repainted. We found that the problem for us was that we painted the door jams too. Had we not done that we wouldn't of had the problem. We removed the paint on just the back of the door jam & wala the door now shuts & opens just fine! Just be sure if your using a paint remover, to mask off the door around the door jam & you won't have a problem with having to repaint the door. You can get paint removers at paint & craft stores.
