No, it can only be rotated. But you can add comfort by adding another topper, get the at any big box store.

Of course it can, but then the soft pillow top will not be next to you for a comfortable night's sleep.
We have turned over and rotated our pillow top without an issue. Of course, over time, the pillow surface will flatten anyway. Ours has stayed good, with only a little flattening after quite a few years.
More and more mattresses are being made one-sided, with only the top being padded. I started to flip a mattress, and was surprised to find out that the bottom was as bare and flat as the box spring.
