Sea shells are my favorite for this craft, but depending on what the picture is, you can get creative with all kinds of items from the dollar store.

Yes! I got these at the dollar store near me. (All but the Sea horse). You can order online if they don't have it at your store and they will deliver to your store and let you know when to come pick it up. No shipping charge!![]()
