A reputable heating or air conditioning service can give you what you need... get several estimates.If you can afford it... get a unit that is bigger than what is recommended for the size of your home... less stress on the unit means a longer life... and get a 10 year warranty if they offer it.Helpful Reply -

Ask if you can install it on the ground. An air conditioner will have water runoff that can ruin the roof if the hose gets a hole in it. The unit is also easier to repair if it is on the ground.Helpful Reply -
