We are thinking about replacing our old fashioned radiator in bathroom and using a wall, vertical or horizontal radiator as a replacement. How well do they work? It's a small bathroom.

Radiator would probably be centered under the window.

We had an outdated and dangerous electric baseboard heater in our family room when we moved into our house. When we remodeled the family room we took it out and put electric radiant heaters near the ceiling. They have worked well for us for 20 years.
It looks like your radiator provides hot water heat. If so, you can remove everything, plug the water pipe and change to an electric heater near the ceiling. This is what I would recommend. It is a relatively small room and you will not need a great deal of heat. Electric heat will also be dryer than your hot water heat, which may help resolve moisture, mildew and mold problems that often appear in small bathrooms. Good luck.

They work better than the old cast iron ones. They are more energy efficient and look great. You will need the match the square footage of the old radiator to the new.

Thank you, I was hoping to hear that it's more efficiency. I didn't realize you had to match the square footage of the old one though.
